Our adventure begins with a visit to Xanthos;the first Republic capital in the world,capital of the Lycian league and UNESCO World Heritage site.Xanthos is home to wonderfully preserved ruins including a large amphitheatre,an abundance of tombs,marbeled floors of an ancient palace and pathways. The second stop is the breathtaking Saklıkent Gorge;the second largest gorge of Europe(17.9 km/11.2 miles).A delicious BBQ lunch is enjoyed by the cool water edge;after wich you have the opportunity to walk along the gorge it self (2 km/ 1.2 miles), do one of the many activities there or simpley relax and enjoy the view. Our last stop is at Patara beach one of the longest beach in Turkey;18 km of golden sand beach and also the home of the protected Caretta Turtle. here you will have time to swim,sunabath or enjoy a cold beer while watching the Mediterranean Sea before the journey back to Kalkan begins
